Demene received her Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from the University of Tampa in 1996.
Upon completing her MBA in 1999 Demene launched P3, an event planning business.
She has organized such city wide events as book signings, which involved such notables as Montel Williams and Joan London. Her marketing strategies have been recognized in competitions involving Dream Works and Disney Motion pictures.
As an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College she has inspired her students to excel with her creative hands on approach to learning.
Demene spends her days several times a week teaching young children with learning differences to read and reach beyond the limits given to them and empowering them with self esteem through journaling.
She recently published her book, Journal of My Reflections, the first in a series of books dealing with self empowerment for children and adolescents. Demene’s book is currently being used in school settings from Florida to Pennsylvania.
Even with her busy schedule and family, her husband and 3 beautiful daughters, Demene finds time to volunteer her services mentoring women on the ABC’s of entrepreneurship.
